Celebrate the Fourth of July with a swim!
Come join your fellow triathletes for a long swim. This open water swim training will help you feel more comfortable in the open water and will help you sight better.
We will have a course marked with buoys – RACE buoys. The course will be open for 90 minutes. You can start at any time. Swim a lap; swim as many laps as you can.
This is a family-friendly event. It’s great training!
We’ll meet near the south entrance of Lowdermilk Park.
