Mini Brick Workout – Bike, Run, Transition-focused Group Workout
This brick workout will consist of several mini bikes and run brick workouts. A brick workout is a training session where you do two back-to-back disciplines with no rest. A practical brick session is about the transition, too.
This workout is designed for all levels; you will work out at your own pace, yet you will feel part of a group.
For this workout, you must bring the biking gear you use in a race and your running gear, water, nutrition, and anything else you use in a race so that you can streamline your transitions. We will have limited bike rack space, so if you have a bike stand, please bring that too.
The workout will start in the parking lot at 8889 Pelican Bay Blvd, Naples, FL 34108 (corner of Pelican Bay Blvd & 41). The workout will be from 7-8:30 a.m. Please arrive early to set up your transition area.
There is a $20 drop-in fee for this workout.
